FANUC has developed and launched the R-2000iD/210FH robot model for the best-selling R-2000i series with built-in cables. The focus was on the function and external design of the robot, which has a mount of 210kg and a reach of 2.6m. The lineup includes 165kg payloads of R-2000iD/165FH with the same reach and 100kg payloads of R-2000iD/100FH.
FANUC reduced the installation area by 23%, the interference radius by 13% and the weight of the machine by 10% compared to the existing model, so that it can be installed in more space. In addition, piping and cables such as servo guns that continue to the end of the robot arm are embedded in the robot arm, while ensuring enough cable durability, which is a problem of internal cables, and securing high reliability.
The robot can maximize the efficiency of offline teaching without interference between the peripheral device and the piping and cable.
It also does not need to consider the impact on cables and other items when modifying teachings due to improved functionality.
